Rik Hellewell, owner and founder of Ovenu, who has worked in the industry sector for more than 30 years and established the Ovenu brand back in 1993, said Paul Clark exemplified the most successful franchisees who are “fighting fit and ready for the challenges that the current improving, but still demanding conditions are creating.”
He added: “Paul is one of our most proactive franchisees and his business is going from strength to strength. As well as running his growing business, he is regularly involved in fundraising activities in the community and has raised hundreds of pounds for a variety of charities over the years. Congratulations to him for securing this national award.”
Paul added: “I am delighted to win the award for marketing and PR. It’s a real honour to have the work I’ve been doing recognised at a national level. Paul’s business provides an environmentally-friendly oven cleaning service to residential properties and businesses including letting agents, private
landlords and local schools across Warrington and surrounding areas.
The Ovenu valeting process involves dismantling key components of an oven such as the door, interior panels, fan and shelves and placing them into design-registered tank equipment, which uses safe, non-caustic products to clean the oven parts. The whole process takes around three to four hours and leaves the oven, hob and exterior in immaculate condition.
Paul said that since he started his business in 2007 he had always been helped and supported by the team at Warrington Worldwide.
“I got lots of help and advice with my adverts and editorials that were produced for me. As my business has grown and developed into one of Warrington’s household names I have always had the backing from warrington worldwide, this has been in many forms, from helpful friendly advice, advice about marketing my business, help with charity promotions and fund raising that I try to get involved in and I have had invitations to networking events. I have also been given lots of help with design and production of business cards.
With the very kind help of Businesss development Manager James Balme, we have also been able to produce two charity fund raising film. The first film we produced was to raise awareness of the serious decline in the humble British hedgehog. This film raised a huge amount of awareness, it was shown on the warrington worldwide on line site and raised a substantial amount of money for the rescue centre in Fernhead. The latest film which was shown at the recent Ovenu National Conference and was a resounding success.
“We are already in discussions about making another film for a local worthy charity.I would like to thank warrington worldwide Gary and James as they have always been there to give me help and advise when needed and am sure that they have helped me to develop my business knowledge and understanding to enable me to be nominated and win this National prestigious award which I am very proud of.
” I am looking forward I hope to continuing my close working relationship with Gary and James as my Business continues to develop and expand and would highly recommend that any new business contact the team at warrington worldwide for expert help and advice!!”
