Police appeal following another bin blaze

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a wheelie bin was set on fire in Warrington in the early hours of this morning (Thursday).
The blaze, at Broadbent Avenue, started just before 4am.
When crews arrived they found the fire had spread to a nearby fence. A hose reel jet was used to put it out.
It is believed the fire may have been started deliberately.
Last month six wheelie bins were set on fire in the Great Sankey area.
Anyone with information that could help identify those responsible is asked to call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
Meanwhile a bathroom fire at a flat in Hollins Drive, Warrington just after 1am today is still being investigated.
A hose reel jet was used to deal with the fire.
