Town FA Cup clash to be televised live on BBC

WARRINGTON Town FC will create history live in front of the TV cameras when they take on League Two Exeter City at the Winner Recruitment Stadium on Friday November 7, kick off off 7.55pm.
The match, which sees Warrington appearing in the 1st Round Proper for the first time in the club’s 65 year history, will be screened live on BBC2.
It has taken Warrington seven games, over five rounds, including two replays and defeating three teams from higher divisions, to progress to the 1st Round.
Due to the huge amount of interest being shown in the game, it will be all ticket, with tickets going on sale early next week.
Club Chairman Toby Macormac said: “We are obviously delighted to have been chosen as the live TV game as this will now well and truly put football on the map in Warrington and help us on our journey of delivering a Football League Club in the future
“We have been overwhelmed with the amount of support and good luck messages we have been receiving.”
Warrington are now officially the lowest ranked team in the whole competition.
Tickets priced £15 for adults £10 concessions (over 60s) and £5 (Under 16s) will go on sale at the club on Monday, 10am-12 for season ticket holders, general sale from noon. Cash sales only.
