FIREFIGHTERS cordoned off part of the car park at the Asda supermarket, Westbrook, Warrington, this morning, after a van burst into flames.
A fire crew from Warrington tackled the blaze using a hose reel jet and extinguished the fire. But the van was extensively damaged. There were no reports of injuries.
In another incident, firefighters tacked a blaze in a builders’ merchants’ yard in Barnard Street, Warrington.
