THE “world famous” Lymm Panto ‘Beauty and her Wee Beastie’ has raised an amazing £35k for the Lymm Rugby Club Grass Roots Club House Appeal.

The Panto completed its run of 8 shows on Sunday to packed houses every performance.

“Lymm Rugby Club was buzzing every night and I think we achieved our objective of keeping the audience laughing for 2 hours solid!” said producer Simon Plumb.

“Was it the best show ever? It’s not for me to say but I do feel we hit a very high standard with the quality of performances from the talented cast, and the feedback has been outstanding.

“Our debutants, M and J mums Sheena Dutton and Sarah Stone, along with brothers Will and Henry Baldwin were brilliant and really got stuck in. I could not have asked for more from them.

“So thank you if you came to watch, and supporting our efforts, and a BIG thank you from me to all our cast, FOH and backstage crew – you were all fantastic! added Simon
