Caravan fire believed to be arson

FIREFIGHTERS who tackled a caravan fire during the early hours of the morning believe it was started started deliberately.

One fire engine from Warrington and one from Penketh attended the incident on Chapel Lane, Burtonwood, at 12.17am (Sunday).

Two hose reels were used to extinguish a caravan which was on fire. It’s believed that this fire was started deliberately.

If anyone witnessed anything please call the police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
