You and your guest will stay in a luxury twin room in a stunning spacious private house in the beautiful village of Rhosneigr. During the weekend you will enjoy 3 invigorating Nordic Walking sessions with Kerry King from Walkfit Cheshire – 2 beach/ coastal walks and one through the magical Newborough forest and on to the stunning Blessed Island.
Nordic Walking is a specific fitness technique and is not to be confused with trekking or hill walking, as the poles are not planted in front of the walker, but in a specific way that increases the use of the upper body. The benefits of Nordic Walking are that it burns nearly twice as many calories as ordinary walking, and the use of the poles reduces the strain on knees and joints. It is an all-over body workout as over 90% of the body’s major muscles are used.
You will also enjoy informative workshops on Holistic Living and Stress Management, and talks and demonstrations on Raw Food and Juicing. In addition, you can take part in Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation sessions. For a small extra charge you can treat yourself to relaxing Reflexology or Massage treatments, with experienced therapists from Cheshire Natural Health. All meals are included and are freshly prepared using delicious nutritious ingredients.
