Appeal to help trace man who went missing at Lymm

POLICE are appealing for help from the public in tracing a 43-year-old man who went missing after going for a hair cut in Lymm.

Marcus Shaw has been reported missing by his family and was last seen at 2pm on Saturday 14 January at an address on Keswick Avenue in Warrington.

He is described as white, 6ft in height, of a stocky build, with short blonde hair, blue eyes and tattoos on both his arms. Marcus was wearing a Jack Wolfskin fleece over a blue top, black Adidas tracksuit bottoms and black Adidas trainers.

He went to get a hair cut yesterday afternoon in Lymm and hasn’t been seen since. The police have found his car on the Jolly Thresher car park, containing his mobile phone. No-one has heard from him since.

A group of friends have been helping organise a search party.

Anyone who may have seen Marcus or have any information to help officers locate him is asked to call Cheshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 817 of 14 January 2017.
