A MOTORIST involved in a road traffic collision on Birchwood Way, Warrington, was arrested earlier today for failing a roadside breath test.
The male driver of a vehicle which appeared to have collided with a lamp post was taken to hospital before he could make it to custody as a result of injuries sustained during the collision.
