“Flasher” arrested after being photographed by his victim

A “FLASHER” was arrested at Warrington after his victim managed to take photographs of him and his car.
The incident was in Park Lane, Appleton, yesterday and the offender exposed himself to a woman from a motor vehicle.
The woman was quick enough to take photographs of the alleged offender and his vehicle at the time and this enabled police to track down the man.
He was arrested at his home address this morning and is now being questioned in connection with an alleged offence of indecent exposure.
