THIS year’s Winwick Carnival could be the last one ever – unless new supporters can be found to take over from the retiring organising committee.
The event is scheduled to take place on the playing fields next to Winwick Leisure Centre on Saturday July 16.
If local residents want the event to continue next year they need to step up NOW!
Responsibilities include regular meetings, planning and booking acts, arranging stalls, selling advertising, designing and printing the programme, selling progammes, getting stuck in on the day – and having an absolute ball.
