ALMOST 28 years after appearing at the inaugural V Festival in sweltering heat on Sunday, August 18, 1996 at Warrington’s Victoria Park, Britpop royalty, Pulp, are set to make their long awaited return to the stage, headlining at the Neighbourhood Weekend Festival.
NUMEROUS road closures have been confirmed around the Victoria Park area to accommodate the Neighbourhood Weekender Music Festival taking place over the May Bank Holiday weekend.
WARRINGTON Borough Council has confirmed four days of road closures for the Neighbourhood Weekender event at Victoria Park which this year involves a rock concert this Friday evening headlined by American rockers My Chemical Romance.
WITH only one month to go and 95% of tickets sold across the weekend, Neighbourhood Weekender has today announced stage splits for this year’s festival.
