A total of 24 new COVID-19 cases have been confirmed in Warrington by Public Health England since yesterday, continuing a downward trend.

NEW COVID-19 infection rates in Warrington are now in line with the national average with 38 new cases confirmed in the town since yesterday, continuing a downward trend.

NO new COVID-19 related deaths have been reported at Warrington Hospital since yesterday while inpatient numbers and infection rates continue to fall.

WHILE one more patient has sadly died at Warrington Hospital after testing positive for COVID-19 infection rates per 100,000 population have dropped below 100 for the first time in Warrington since early October last year.
