AS many Warrington motorists take to the roads this Christmas weekend,
Cheshire Police are urging all road users to be aware of how they can
reach their destination safely and reduce the chances of being involved
in a collision.
ADMINISTRATION charges for a blue badge for disabled car users will
increase from £2 every three years to £10 every three years in
