Rylands host fellow Premier division newcomers

AFTER their FA Cup defeat at Runcorn Town last Saturday Rylands return to league action tomorrow (Saturday) when they entertain Avro in a NWCFL Premier Division fixture.
Kick off at Gorsey Lane is 3pm, £4 Adults / £2 Concessions / U16 Free.
Playing in the competition for the first time in their history, despite creating numerous goal scoring opportunities, Rylands exited the FA Cup conceding a goal in each half of their 2-0 defeat
After the game co manager Dave McNabb said: “Massively disappointed to drop out of the FA Cup at the first hurdle. Not sure how we haven’t been in the lead at HT, far too many wasted chances.”
Like Rylands, tomorrow’s opponents Avro are also in their first season of Premier Division football having been promoted from the First Division North.
While Rylands have won both their opening fixtures Avro are still looking for their first points of the season having lost their opening fixtures against Longridge and Padiham.
The two teams met at Gorsey Lane last season in the First Division Cop with the visitors winning 2-0.
