Members of Lymm Jubilee have shown their support for local families in need by donating 147kg of staple food and essential toiletries to Warrington Foodbank.
The donations were collected at the group’s September meeting to mark National Foodbank Day, which took place on 4 September.
Member Barbara Wilson, who also volunteers at Warrington Foodbank, joined President Linda Skett in delivering the generous collection to the foodbank.
The donations included essential everyday items, helping Warrington Foodbank continue its work supporting individuals and families facing food insecurity across the local community.
Lymm Jubilee members regularly support charitable causes and community initiatives, with the latest collection highlighting the difference that local groups can make through a simple act of generosity.
