LINDEN Homes has lowered initial upfront costs for its buyers with a reduced reservation fee at its Warrington development, Radley Woods, making now the perfect time to reserve.
Available for a limited time only, Linden Homes – part of Vistry – has reduced its reservation fee to £49 until September 30*, freeing up buyers’ budgets to spend on their new home.
Recent UK consumer data shows this reduced fee makes kicking off the home-buying journey cheaper than several household expenses:
• Subscriptions (£72) – The average Brit now spends over £70 a month on recurring subscriptions, according to data from Revolut.
• A week of groceries (£119) – The average UK household is now spending over £100 a week on food shopping, amounting to more than £6,000 per year.
Radley Woods, on Radley Lane, features a collection of three and four-bedroom homes, available for reservation at its newly opened sales centre and show homes.
Zac Worthington, operations director at Vistry Merseyside and Cheshire West, said: “Linden is committed to making homeownership as easy as possible for our buyers, and this includes our standard reservation fee. For a limited time we are dropping this even further, making now the perfect time to take the leap in reserving your new home.
“When you look at the stats, reducing our reservation fee to just £49 means taking a step towards your new home could cost less than a trip to the supermarket. It’s a light-hearted comparison, but it reflects our real commitment to keeping cash in our buyers’ pockets. We’re bucking the trend of raising prices, and we’re really proud to do so.”
Prices at Radley Woods at Peel Hall Garden Village currently start at £360,000 for a three-bedroom home.
