Fourteen areas of Warrington record near zero new COVID-19 cases while 85pc of adults aged over 50 now vaccinated

THE latest data from Public Health England reveals fourteen areas of Warrington recorded near zero new cases of COVID-19, week ending April 3, with all areas in less than double figures.

Just six areas showed small increases with 73 new cases recorded in seven days across the whole town.
Data for week ending 03 April and in parentheses the previous week ending 27 March as released for small areas of Warrington today by Public Health England.

The fourteen areas of the town showing as zero cases this week have a total of 20 cases between them as of the 3rd April but are show as zero cases to prevent individuals being identified.

Vaccinations in Warrington up to and including 4th April

At least 85 percent of adults aged over 50 in Warrington have now had at least one vaccination.
