Two youths arrested over criminal damage allegations in flooded areas of Bewsey

TWO youths believed to have been involved in causing damage and distress in flooded areas of Bewsey have been arrested by Warrington Police.

It follows reports of ongoing issues involving youths causing upset to local residents and criminal damage to properties and local shops in the Bewsey area.
Earlier today, Sunday, police arrested two youths for criminal damage after they were identified from the incidents.
Officers will be continuing to work with the community to identify any outstanding suspects and will be taking positive action.
Local officers say there has been a high rise in anti-social behaviour in the area during the past week.
Anyone with any information regarding any of the incidents please report it to the police on 999 in an emergency or 101.
