Luke Littler through to last sixteen of World Darts Championships

AFTER a wobbly first set, Luke the Nuke Littler seized victory last night at Alexandra Palace in South London.

The Warrington teenage darts sensation wowed the crowds with his playing as they chanted for his opponent Ian White, 54, in the third round of the World Darts Championships.

Commentators said Littler seemed nervous at the start of his matches but confidently predicted he would comfortably reach the fourth round.
Shortly before 11 pm and ahead in the fourth set, Littler continued his winning streak to the delight of his fans as he seized the match 4-1.
Littler had been in tears after his first-round victory.
The crowd seranade Littler before the match with a rendition of Walking in a Littler Wonderland.

He is now in the last 16 in the championships and will play Ryan Joyce in the next round.
