Police investigation ongoing following alleged dog attack incident at Birchwood

POLICE are investigating an alleged dog attack incident at Birchwood involving reports of two women and a dog being bitten.

The incident took place on Mallard Lane, Birchwood, yesterday, Sunday.

A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: “At 10.52 am on Sunday 18 February, police were called to reports of an incident in Mallard Lane, Birchwood.

“The caller reported a dog had bitten another dog and two women. There were no reports of any serious injuries to the women and the injured dog was taken to a vet.
“Enquires are currently ongoing.”
