TWO people evacuated a property at Padgate, Warrington, as firefighters tackled a kitchen blaze.
At 17:03 yesterday, Tuesday, crews from Lymm and Birchwood, were called to reports of a fire at a property on Queens Drive, Padgate.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet to extinguish a fire contained to a kitchen. Two people had evacuated the property and were checked over by crews.
A high-pressure fan was used to clear the smoke from the property.
There were no reports of any injuries.
