POLICE have sadly confirmed the death of a 72-year-old man, who was found in a car near Knutsford Road, Latchford, at around 5:15 pm yesterday, Wednesday.
Officers and paramedics attended at the scene after receiving reports of concerns for the welfare of a man in a car parked near Knutsford Road. Police have sadly confirmed a death saying there are no suspicious circumstances.
A spokesperson for Cheshire Police said: “At 5.13 pm on Wednesday, January 24, police were called to reports of concerns for the welfare of a man near Knutsford Road, Latchford.
“Police and ambulance attended and a 72-year-old man was found dead in a car.
“The death is not believed to be suspicious and a case file will be prepared for the coroner.”
