Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from the team at Warrington Worldwide

MERRY Christmas & Happy New Year to all our readers and advertisers who have supported us throughout the year and beyond.

Your support has enabled us to give back to our community in excess of £6k to local good causes over the past 12 months via our #LegacyProject which we will hopefully repeat in the New Year.

While it has been tough for many we have again been blessed with some outstanding community heroes throughout the year – far too many to mention. But it is fair to say the spirit of Christmas has been stronger than ever in Warrington this year – especially with he toy and foodbank appeals.

It has been an absolute pleasure reporting on the great endeavours of many people of all ages and the various organisations who have all worked hard to make life better for those in need, during these ongoing difficult times.

Sadly we have to report the rough with the smooth but we honestly believe the community spirit in Warrington is second to none.

We again look forward to reporting on all the great work and achievements by individuals and organisations and local businesses in the year ahead as we continue to report the news in an independent and impartial way.

We will also again endeavour to support the community that has supported us so well for as long as we can continue to do via our Legacy project, donating £500 grants to local good causes and inspiring people.
Throughout the festive period we will continue to bring you the local news as it happens, for free.

Merry Christmas and Happy new Year from the team at Warrington-Worldwide.
