TWO men have been charged with conspiracy to commit a burglary with intent to steal following a Warrington proactive CID investigation into burglaries in Cheshire and Lancashire.
Gareth Mawhinney, 20, and Jake Mawhinney, 23, both from Bootle but of no fixed address, were charged by officers after they were arrested in Aintree by Merseyside Police.
They appeared at Chester Magistrates today (Friday 10 June) and have been remanded to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on Friday 8 July.
