Four men charged with supplying drugs following serious crime investigation

FOUR men, including three from Warrington, have been charged in connection with the supply of Class A and Class B drugs as part of Operation Venetic.

Police said today that the arrests were made on the morning of Thursday, March 14.

The four men and two women were arrested as part of an investigation by officers from Cheshire Constabulary’s Serious and Organised Crime Unit.

One man was arrested in Manchester, one woman was arrested in Wrexham, one woman was arrested in Bartington and three men were arrested in Warrington.

Nathan Bradley, 30, of Rennie Drive in Latchford has been charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine, conspiracy to supply cannabis, conspiracy to supply ketamine and money laundering.

Samuel Brough, 32, of Warrington Road in Dutton has been charged with conspiracy to produce cannabis, conspiracy to supply cocaine, conspiracy to supply cannabis, conspiracy to supply amphetamine, conspiracy to supply ketamine and money laundering.

Michael Murray, 31, of Maple Road in Winwick has been charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine, conspiracy to produce cannabis, conspiracy to supply cannabis, conspiracy to supply ketamine and money laundering.

Gary Stevens, 37, of Starkey Grove in Warrington has been charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine, conspiracy to produce cannabis, conspiracy to supply cannabis, conspiracy to supply ketamine and money laundering.

All four men were remanded in custody and appeared at Warrington Magistrates Court last Friday March 18.

Two women, aged 53 and 71, were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply cocaine and cannabis and have since been released on conditional bail.
