Man arrested at Bewsey & Whitecross for serious assault

POLICE have arrested a man in the Bewsey and Whitecross area of Warrington, today, Sunday, for an allegation of a serious assault.

The 36-year-old male was arrested in the Leicester Street area today, wanted for a serious assault.

In another incident, a 34-year-old male was arrested this morning for domestic assault on his partner and drink driving.

Meanwhile, two women were arrested at Go Outdoors yesterday after detagging jackets. The women aged 42 and 38 were taken into custody for questioning.
