THE latest book from Lymm Heritage Centre, “Historic Lymm In Colour” certainly seems to have caught the local imagination.
The glossy, hardback, luxury version has already gone to reprint after less than three weeks with another delivery expected any day.
Meanwhile, the softback edition has already been selling in its hundreds. And it’s hardly surprising. Over the past few years the Centre’s books have far exceeded the quality and finish of what one might normally expect from a local history publication.
And this latest book tops them all with nearly 300 colourised photographs of old Lymm, each accompanied by its own intriguing story.
Lymm Dickensian Day, later today, Saturday, December 11th will be a great opportunity to bag your copy but they are also available at Lymm Post Office, Lymm Heritage Centre and Ruby &Harry’s in the village; also online at lymmheritageshop.co.uk
