Vistry staff go to great heights to raise money for charity

STAFF from Warrington-based developer Vistry Partnerships raised more than £6,000 by going to great heights – literally!

They challenged themselves both mentally and physically with an overnight mountain climbs and a skydive to raise the money for mental health charity MIND.

Four brave souls jumped from 15,000 feet to raise more than £3,000
Six equally brave staff climbed 1,000 m to reach the peak of Snowdon in the dark, fighting their way through torrential rain and wind.
They raised enough to take the total raised in Warrington to more than £6,000 – over £1,000 more than the target set at the beginning of the year.
Across all regional offices, the Vistry Group have now raised £82,873 for the charity.
Ian Hilliker managing director of Vistry Partnerships North West, said: “I am immensely proud of my colleagues who have raised another significant amount of money in aid of our charitable partner Mind. The past 18 months have been so very challenging to everyone’s mental health, so it’s especially important to support charities like MIND so that they can continue to provide their vital services even as we look to a future without Covid restrictions. A huge congratulations to everyone to who took part in both challenges.”
