Four arrested on suspicion of drug activity after police chase at Cockhedge Centre

PLAIN clothes officers helped arrest four people on suspicion of drug activity following a foot chase at Warrington’s Cockhedge Centre, yesterday, Monday.

At around 2pm on 11 October officers from the Project Servator team were in the area of the Cockhedge Centre in Warrington when they identified suspicious activity.



Three men aged, 44, 23 and 25, and a woman aged 22, were arrested on suspicion of drugs offences following a foot chase.
A 44-year-old man, Mark Carey, from Pall Mall, Liverpool, has been charged with possession of a controlled drug of class A and has been bailed to appear at North Cheshire Magistrates on 3 November. The other three remain in custody.
