Skip fire being treated as arson

A skip fire on Padgate Lane, Warrington, during the early hours of this morning is being treated as arson.

At 00:21 firefighters from Warrington were called following reports of a skip fire on Padgate Lane.



On arrival the crew found one skip well alight.
One hose reel jet was used to extinguish the flames.
It is believed the skip fire had been started deliberately. Anyone with information is asked to call the police on 101 quoting crime number IML 1104232.
