TWO defendants were due to appear at Warrington Magistrates Court today (Monday) following an assault at Stockton Heath on Friday when a man sustained serious injuries.
Taia Antonia Ryder, 24, of Ackers Lane, has been charged with affray, section 18 assault and being in charge of a dog dangerously out of control causing injury.
Lewis Oxley, 22, of Harding Avenue, Warrington, has been charged with affray and section 18 assault.
The pair were remanded in custody after being arrested.
The charges relate to an incident in Ackers Lane on Friday, May 14, in which a man sustained serious injuries.
