Another Thorn Cross prisoner located while one remains on the run

UPDATED: ANOTHER prisoner who absconded from Thorn Cross Prison at Appleton Thorn has been captured.

Vincent Bland, 38, who has links to Winsford, Wigan and Ellesmere Port, who absconded on Saturday, April 10 has now been located.
Yesterday Steven White, 29 who also absconded on Saturday 10 April at the same time as Bland and Joseph Halsall, aged 25, who absconded during the early hours of April 5, were both located.



It leaves one remaining inmate at large.
Michael Ratcliffe absconded from Thorn Cross open prison at around 4.30am on Saturday 27 March.
The 34-year-old is from Eccles in Salford, Greater Manchester.
He is white with a slim build and has very short dark hair.
When Ratcliffe was last seen he was wearing a grey coat, black tracksuit bottoms and black gloves, and he was carrying a green and white JD Sports bag.
Anyone with information should contact police on 101 or 999 if you see him.
