Five more hospital deaths and 110 new COVID-19 cases confirmed in Warrington

FIVE more patients have sadly died at Warrington Hospital while 110 new COVID-19 cases have been confirmed in the latest update from Public Health England.

The 110 (143) new COVID-19 positive cases reported in the latest daily update from Public Health England (Nov 12), takes the total number of confirmed cases in Warrington since the start of the pandemic is now 7,338 (7,228).
Cases in Warrington for the last seven days are 809 – 385.2 per 100,000 population, which is a slight downward trend.

The total number of deaths in Warrington within 28 days of a positive test reported by Public Health England is 224 (224) 106.7 per 100,000 population.
The total number of deaths with Covid-19 on the death certificate in Warrington reported by Public Health England is now 275 (275).

Across the UK the daily number of COVID-19 associated UK deaths reported on Wednesday, November 11 was 595 (532), taking the total number of deaths to 50,365 (49,770). Thursday’s data had not been updated at time of publication.
The daily number of lab-confirmed UK cases was 33,470 (22,950), taking the total number to 1,290,195 (1,233,775).
