Offices can open half-an-hour earlier

A BUILDING company has won consent to open its offices half-an-hour earlier in the morning – despite objections from neighbours and councillors at Hatton, Warrington.
The offices at Suite 7, Oak Tree Barns, Hatton Lane will now be able to open at 7.30am Monday to Friday and FROM  8am to 2pm on SaturdayS.
Hatton Parish Council, local borough councillor Brian Axcell and nearby residents had objected on the grounds of early morning noise and disturbance.
They were also concerned that granting permission might set a precedent for similar applications from other firms at Oak Tree Farms.
Warrington’s development management committee was told the development consisted of offices converted from former agricultural buildings.
Officers argued that use of the offices at 7.30am was not considered to be unreasonable nor to conflict with the accepted hours from sleep and rest – from 11pm to 7am.
