Customer service recognition at hotel

A WARRINGTON hotel has received a prestigious Gold Standard BDRC accreditation following glowing 2017 customer service feedback.

The Park Royal Hotel, managed by the UK’s leading independent hotel management company – Redefine|BDL Hotels’ (RBH’s) – was recognised by the only meetings accreditation programme driven solely by the voice of the customer, following its strong Venue Verdict scores in 2017. The scores were generated following event feedback from meeting bookers and event hosts.

More than 20 properties within the RBH portfolio were recognised with Gold Standard Accreditations and Commendations.

The Park Royal is also part of the Q Hotels portfolio nominated in the Best Venue Group Meeting Product category at the M&IT Awards.
