WORK has finished on the £5m conversion of offices into prestige apartments as part of ongoing plans to repopulate Warrington Town Centre.

The conversion of Kings Court has been welcomed by Council leader Terry O’Neill who described it as one of the largest town centre residential developments in decades.

Warrington based Emerald Bay Construction have finished work on Kings Court which now comprises 32 loft style apartments offering unprecedented views of the townscape from large, floor to ceiling windows.

Each apartment is unique in size and layout and the interior fit out has been undertaken to an exceptionally high standard, designed and overseen by London interior design agency Gunter & Co.

Kitchens are state-of-the-art along with the bathrooms with sumptuous fittings such as one and half metre shower trays and heated mirror vanity units.
As would be expected in a residence of this quality, a super high speed Ubiquiti Wi-Fi is installed throughout all apartments and the building is professional managed by an experienced residential agent.

Plenty of inexpensive lease parking is available nearby.

Lettings and viewings are now being taken for residences priced at rentals of between £500 and £950pcm. Apartments are available either furnished or unfurnished.

The first tenants are signed up and will be taking up residence prior to Christmas.

  1. Great to read a local company have been involved in the development and the flats sound nice but the rental price shocked me especially the higher amount £950pcm. OUCH I was expecting them to be about £400pcm considering where they are.
Surely nobody would pay up to £950 a month to live above a restaurant/take-a-way and right next to a bus station and Cockhedge Shopping Park. You can rent a house with a garden and drive for that!!
There’s no immediate parking outside these new homes for the renters or their visitors either…that would be a pain especially if you had to park further afield and walk to them on a weekend night with all the drunken idiots in town..
I suppose companies from further afield might rent them though for their employees working over this way with them being so close to the train and bus station.
