Civic service for the community

0

THE annual Civic Service at Warrington was given a strong community theme.
A parade from the Town Hall to St Elphin’s Parish Church was led by Warrington Brass and the service was led by the Rev Stephen Kingsnorth.
The Mayor, Cllr Peter Carey, representatives from the borough council and many residents were in the congregation.
The service included a parade of symbols with representatives from across the community and there were also performances by soloist Stephanie Guidera and the Warrington Male Voice Choir.
