The Wizards were not at their best but still managed to score nine tries as they romped to another big win.
The Wizards try scorers were: Shaun Gilmour 2, Dave Yii 2, Graham Healey 1, Dan Stubbs 1, Matt Clarke 1, Alan Reddecliff 1, Nick Owen 1.
Goals: Warren Ayres 4, Nick Owen 1, Shaun Gilmour 1.
After the game Assistant Coach Mike Grady said, “It wasn’t our most fluent display but the main thing at this stage of the season is to get the three points and that is what we did. We did score some very good tries but if we had been a bit more patient then we could have added a few more. We will be working hard in training this week on the areas we need to improve on so that we are ready for our big clash at Bramley Buffaloes on Saturday.”
The Wizards travel to Bramley on Saturday for a 2.30pm kick off. The coach leaves The Village Hotel at 11.30am for any supporters wishing to travel. Please contact Nikki Whalley on 01925 837829 to secure your place.
