A WARRINGTON Wolves fan is teaming up with some Rugby League legends to take the plunge for charity.
Alex Chicken who helps run the Warrington Wolves’ Supporters Trust with husband Roy (pictured above), always likes a challenge in life, and has signed up to take part in a sponsored parachute jump in aid of the Steve Prescott Foundation on June 1.
“It is a chance in a lifetime to Skydive with the Red Devils and raise funds for charity too,” she said.
A condition of the application is that she needs to raise at least £1250 in sponsorship.
She will joining Steve Prescott, MBE and Rugby League greats Paul Sculthorpe, Terry O’Connor, Steve Hampson as well as ex Everton Legend Derek Mountfield and Emmerdale Star Kelvin Fletcher (Andy Sugden) for this truly unique opportunity.
The proceeds from the Steve Prescott Foundation go to the Try Assist fund, and to the Christie Hospital, Manchester.

Steve Prescott played Rugby League for St Helens, Hull, Wakefield, Ireland and was a GB Lions Tourist.
In September 2006 he was diagnosed with Pseudomyxoma Peritonei a rare form of Cancer, and was told that he would not see his two children grow up.
He was given months to live. He underwent a major operation in Basingstoke Hospital and tumours were removed from his abdomen. After surgery Steve was transferred to The Christie Hospital in Manchester for chemotherapy treatment to try to control the remaining disease.
The Steve Prescott Foundation was formed in August 2007 and against all odds Steve has battled on helping raise thousands for charity from a number of high profile sponsored events.
Steve decided that he wanted to give something back to people who needed it, after the kindness and support he received from the Rugby League community and the general public throughout the difficult time in his life.
