Dark and deviant theatre

A SHOW celebrating 20 years of “dark and deviant theatrics” is coming to Warrington.
Godfathers of alternative cabaret the award-winning Tiger Lillies will be performing at the Pyramid on Friday April 30 at 8pm.
Organisers say the performance is “not for the faint-hearted” as the band perform songs from their show Shockheaded Peter and album The Gorey End.
The work features the darkest, most grisly subjects such as death, drugs, whores and murderers, and is not suitable for under 16s.
The Tiger Lillies are falsetto singer Martyn Jacques on accordion and ukulele, Adrian Stout on contra-bass, guitar, musical saw and theremin and Adrian Huge on percussion and toys.
Tickets, price £15, are available from the Pyramid on 01925 442345.
