Village road to be closed

A ROAD and footpath in a popular Warrington village will be closed for about 10 weeks to allow repairs and resurfacing.
Closure will affect Hatton Lane from its junction with Goose Lane, Hatton, to its junction with Pillmoss Lane and will start on Tuesday April 6.
The alternative route for vehicles travelling northbound will be via Pillmoss Lane, Summer Lane, Newton Lane, Chester Road, A56 Chester Road and Park Lane.
The alternative route for vehicles travelling southbound will be via Park Lane, A56 Chester Road, Windmill Lane, Summer Lane and Pillmoss Lane.
