Rugby player runs for Sport Relief

A WARRINGTON rugby player is hoping he can go the distance when he runs three miles to help raise money for Sport Relief.
Paul Berry, 25, who plays for Woolston Rovers Rugby League Club, will take part in the fundraising run at Victoria Park on March 21, as part of a team called ‘The Plumpers’.
Paul said: “This will be like a marathon for me as I’m used to running ten metres and into brick walls. I won’t be running anything over three miles…not even half a metre.
“All support on the day would also be appreciated, although please keep the laughter to a minimum as you see children and OAP’s over taking me after 200 meters when I run out of gas!”
Paul is asking for donations of £1 per mile by visiting his fundraising page at www.mysportrelief.com/paulberry .
