Clinic extension
PLANS for a first floor extension at the front of Culcheth Health Clinic, in Jackson Avenue, Culcheth, have been given the go-ahead by Warrington planners.

Hospital lottery
WINNING numbers in the weekly lottery run by the League of Friends of Warrington Hospital were 2, 4, 8 and 16 – but the jackpot prize went unclaimed and will be rolled-over to next week. A £25 consolation prize was won by a member of hospital staff.

Pub plan
THE Trigger Pond public house at Lingley Green Avenue, Great Sankey, looks set to be enlarged after the approval by Warrington planners of single storey extensions to the north and south elevations.

Concert time
THE award winning Great Sankey High School Swing Band is to give a concert at Latchford Baptist Church, Loushers Lane, Warrington on Saturday, February 27.

Hall extension
PLANS to replace a single storey extension at the rear of Warrington’s Parr Hall with a two-storey development have been given the go-ahead by borough planners.
