A one day training course organised by local charity the Tim Parry Johnathan Ball Foundation is set to take place on the 16th anniversary of the Warrington bombing.
Entitled “How to keep a new customer for life” a workshop aimed at beating the credit crunch is being presented by the founder of The Academy of Service Excellence – Chris Daffy.
Chris has worked with many blue chip companies nationally and internationally. His courses help to equip participants with an understanding of how to use service excellence and customer experience management techniques to attract and retain customers for life. He has a reputation for providing practical, easy to understand ideas and advice.
The course will take place at Birchwood Park Estates in their amphitheatre on Friday March 20. The cost of this event is heavily discounted from £300 to only £120.00 per person including lunch and refreshments. If more than 5 people from a single company would like to take part we are happy to discuss/negotiate special rates.
The event is free to the Foundation’s 100 Club members – one member per Company.
