Town match off after heavy snowfall

WARRINGTON Town’s trip to Spennymoor today has fallen foul of the weather.
The Northern Premier League Division 1 North clash was called off following a pitch inspection at 8.30am on Saturday morning after heavy snowfall in the north east.
It denies Shaun Reid’s men the chance to extend their unbeaten start to 2015.
Town are next in action at home to New Mills on Tuesday night (7.45pm).
Meanwhile striker Ash Ruane (pictured below) has left Warrington to sign for Rhyl in the Welsh Premier League.
