Traffic piles up after lorry overturns

MOTORISTS are being advised to avoid the M6 near Warrington following an incident involving an overturned lorry.
Emergency services have rushed to the scene on the southbound carriageway, between Junctions 20 and 21.
Two lanes of the motorway are blocked and there is heavy congestion.
Drivers are being urged to seek alternative routes to avoid the area
Paramedics are at the scene assessing any injuries, which are believed to be minor at this stage.
Anyone with any information is urged to call Cheshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 335 of 30 January.
