Brown in Wolves’ squad for Widnes friendly

WARRINGTON Wolves’ new signing Kevin Brown makes a quick return to his former club after being named in a “mixed” squad to face Widnes Vikings in the annual festive derby.

The Wolves will travel to their local rivals on Tuesday 27 December, 3pm, at the Select Security Stadium.

Head of coaching and rugby Tony Smith has named a 24-man squad ahead of this fixture. There is a mix of experienced and fringe players as well as some names from across the club’s academy/reserves programme.

Brown features in the squad alongside other new faces Blythe, Crosby and Savelio.
