Police issue Dispersal Order to tackle anti-social behaviour at Appleton

POLICE have put a Dispersal Order in place at Appleton following issues involving anti-social behaviour near a parade of shops.

Appleton Police have a Dispersal order Authorised which covers the area near a parade of shops on Bridge Lane and also for the surrounding streets off Bridge Lane.
Officers will be patrolling this area in the days ahead following ongoing issues with anti-social behaviour involving groups of youths.
Meanwhile, in another incident earlier in the evening, a male driver was arrested in Lymm for alleged Drink Driving following a road traffic collision. He is alleged to have provided a breath sample of 101 by the roadside – almost three times the limit of 35.
Earlier a female was arrested in the Great Sankey area for Public Order after allegedly causing issues in the street.
