Two arrested at Lymm for possessing drugs with intent to supply

TWO men were arrested at Lymm last night (Tuesday) for possessing drugs with intent to supply.

The two were arrested as part of “Operation Fist” when officers in an unmarked car stopped a vehicle, assisted by marked police cars.

After a search of the vehicle a quantity of drugs were recovered by officers.

The driver of the car also provided a positive swipe reading for cannabis and was also arrested on suspicion of drug driving.

In a separate incident last night a male was arrested on Academy Way, Warrington for possessing drugs and drug driving.
